Quentin Quilhot is an experienced production and project manager with a strong background in the steel and ferroalloys industries. Currently serving at ArcelorMittal since February 2019, Quentin holds the position of Production Manager overseeing a coupled pickling line and tandem rolling mill with a workforce exceeding 100 people, as well as previously managing projects associated with safety, productivity, and operational improvements in a significant facility. Prior to ArcelorMittal, Quentin worked at Ferroglobe PLC and Glencore Alloys, where responsibilities included managing production operations, contracts, and planning in manganese ferroalloys plants. Education includes an engineer's degree from Icam and various management certifications from CEGOS.
