Nourdine Sadegh is a Digital Process Automation Manager at ArcelorMittal since July 2018, overseeing local digitalization teams in Basse-Indre, managing a workforce of over 20 in Automation, OT and IT software engineering, and IT Infrastructure. Previously, Nourdine served as a Software Project Manager, leading a team to develop a logistics optimization application for the Dunkirk steelshop, and as a Process Modeling Engineer, focusing on productivity enhancement and quality issue mitigation in steel manufacturing through various modeling projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Modeling Engineer at Amanora Technologies and an internship in Process Modeling Engineering at ArcelorMittal R&D. Nourdine holds an Engineer's degree in Energy from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique and a Master's degree in Complex Systems Engineering from Universite de Lorraine.
