Prior to this role, Marco held the position of Directeur Exploitation at Groupe Managem and served as Responsable Exploitation at Eramet. Marco's extensive background includes significant roles such as Surintendant Mines et Maintenance Mobile and Surintendant Mines at Canadian Royalties inc., and Directeur General at Nordgold's Somita SA Mine. Marco also has experience as Mining Manager at High River Gold Mines Ltd and held a similar title during the early career years in Mali from 2002 to 2005.
