Joaquim Martins-Salgado has over two decades of experience in the steel and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Process Owner for Spare Parts and Maintenance Reliability for Finishing Flat Carbon Europe at ArcelorMittal since September 1999. Previously, Joaquim held the roles of Maintenance Manager in Dudelange and SAP Project Engineer, also contributing as a key user for PM Mm. Earlier in the career, Joaquim worked as a Consultant at Assystem from September 1996 to September 1999. Joaquim's educational background includes a degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, completed between 1992 and 1995.
