Ingeborg Schatteman has an extensive career at ArcelorMittal, beginning in 1996 and continuing to the present, where current roles include Transformation Lead for the SAFE program, Head of IT for ArcelorMittal Belgium, and Head of Automation and e-Services. Prior positions at ArcelorMittal include Project and Deployment Manager for e-CMO and Project Manager for Customer Relations. From 2001 to 2011, Ingeborg held various managerial roles in infomanagement, self-billing invoicing, and business processes and systems. Ingeborg's educational background includes a Master in Organisational and Industrial Psychology from the University of Antwerp (2011-2014) and a Master in Applied Economics with a focus on International Business Management from the University of Antwerp (1992-1996).
