Foad El Allouchi is a seasoned professional in quality management and project oversight, currently serving as Project Quality Manager at ArcelorMittal since September 2023. In this role, Foad contributes to the Decarbonization Project aimed at achieving carbon neutrality, focusing on key aspects such as KPIs and regulatory compliance. Previously, Foad held the position of Quality Assurance Project Manager at NLMK Europe, overseeing significant investments in rolling mill refurbishment and product development. From February 2004 to October 2021, Foad was involved with NORD PESAGE as Responsable Qualité Réglementation, where responsibilities included managing compliance with legislation, supplier evaluations, customer satisfaction, and maintaining ISO and other certifications. Foad holds a Master’s degree in Qualité & HSE from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
