Fabien Commere is an experienced leader in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Head of Rolling Mill 2 at ArcelorMittal since July 2008. In this role, Fabien oversees all aspects of the Sheet Piles Rolling Mill, including Health & Safety, Quality, and the development of over 400 employees in production and maintenance teams. Responsibilities also encompass productivity, legal compliance, budget management, and the development of a five-year CAPEX investment plan. Previously, Fabien held the position of Maintenance Manager at ArcelorMittal, focusing on industrial KPIs and team development. Prior experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble as a Production Unit Manager and Project Manager for relocation and startup initiatives. Fabien holds master's degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as Mechanical Engineering, from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz, alongside a DUT in Mécanique et Productique from Le Mans Université.
