Caroline Mascaro is an experienced professional in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) management, currently serving as Manager Support QSE at ArcelorMittal since January 2020. Previously, Caroline held the position of Manager Support Process Exploitation at Technology & Strategy and worked as a consultant in QSE. With a solid foundation in QSE developed during a hands-on apprenticeship at ArcelorMittal, Caroline implemented system improvements in high-risk environments and conducted internal audits. Technical skills were honed through earlier roles including an assistant HSE intern at Lantzerath and a laboratory technician intern at Veolia Water. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Engineering from ENSIC, along with a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and Environmental Sciences.
