Bert Van Ryckeghem has been with ArcelorMittal since August 2004, serving in multiple roles, including Line Manager for Central Electronics, where responsibilities include the maintenance of communication and measuring equipment across the plant. As Team Leader for Supply Chain Applications, Bert focuses on optimizing supply chain applications in C# and Angular for European mills. Previous positions include Analyst for Logistics Applications and Programmer roles, specializing in Advantage Gen Client/Server programs and .NET tools. Prior to ArcelorMittal, Bert worked as a Java Specialist at Sofico and gained early experience as a student at Margarinerie Hinnekens NV. Bert holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent.
