Nikhilesh Pandey has extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, currently serving as Mechanical Maintenance Incharge at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since October 2022. Prior roles include Mechanical Plant Engineer at Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill B.S.C. (GARMCO) from September 2016 to September 2022, and various engineering and managerial positions in mechanical maintenance at Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd., Hindalco Industries Limited, and Essar Steel Ltd. Nikhilesh's expertise encompasses the maintenance of cold rolling mills, annealing furnaces, and various mechanical systems, with a strong focus on preventive and predictive maintenance as well as effective manpower and spare parts management. Nikhilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science at Nagpur University.
