Jitendra Jangid has over 17 years of experience in the steel industry, currently serving as the Hot Rolling Mill Operation Shift In Charge and Senior Operator at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since July 2006. Jitendra is responsible for overseeing the entire hot rolling mill process, from slab charging to the final product while ensuring adherence to quality and tolerance standards. Jitendra leads a team of 10 engineers at various control stations and coordinates with an additional 20 engineers from other agencies. Additionally, Jitendra has worked in a similar capacity at Essar Steel India Ltd, managing operations in the hot area of the plate mill, which includes overseeing charging protocols and transfer processes. Jitendra holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, Jodhpur, completed in 2005.
