Holly Peters, CHRL, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations, project management, and labor relations across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager of Employee Relations & Field Solutions at ArcelorMittal Dofasco since April 2022, previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Hydro One, managing complex labor relations in multi-union environments, and Human Resources Manager at Saputo Inc., overseeing HR practices for a non-union workforce. Additional experience includes advising on labor relations at Gerdau Long Steel North America, financial management of labor systems at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and early HR roles at Cadbury Adams and Goodwill Industries International. Holly holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.
