Md Farid Ahmed is a Customer Service Representative at ARCE contact center since February 2022, specializing in achieving KPIs related to CSAT, handling time, and quality inspection while supporting users through various communication channels. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Engineer and Chinese Interpreter at M. Alam & Company from September 2021 to March 2022. Md Farid Ahmed is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering at Central South University, expected to graduate in July 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Civil Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, completed in July 2023, along with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution and a Chinese language degree from Tianjin University.
