Daniel McDonough, P.E. is a highly experienced Failure Analysis Expert and Accident Reconstructionist at ARCCA Incorporated since May 2004. Specializing in engineering analysis related to human protection and safety issues, Daniel conducts comprehensive safety and failure analyses for plumbing and HVAC systems, designs and evaluates mechanical systems, and performs static and dynamic tests across a range of equipment including automotive and aviation. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as an engineer at CHL Systems, where responsibilities included designing mechanical systems, developing safety features focused on human interaction, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful manufacturing. Daniel holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, completed between 1998 and 2003.
