Jennifer Gill Faldon is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communications & Employee Feedback at ArcBest, a prominent freight transportation and logistics company, since January 2015. In this role, Jennifer manages the internal communications calendar and produces diverse employee communications that reinforce the ArcBest brand and values. Prior to joining ArcBest, Jennifer had a lengthy career at Southwest Times Record, where positions included Metro Editor and Assistant Metro Editor, overseeing daily news coverage and managing editorial staff. Additionally, Jennifer contributed articles as a freelance writer for Medical News of Arkansas. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a print emphasis and a minor in History from the University of Arkansas.
