Paula Salgado Costa Castro is currently serving as the Lead Predictive Analyst at ArcBest Technologies since August 2022, following a role as Lead Data Analyst at ArcBest from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to this, Paula held the position of Assistant Professor in Chemistry at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from August 2010 to June 2022. Paula's academic background includes a Post Master's Graduate Certificate in Educational Statistics and Research Methods, a Master's degree in Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, all obtained from the University of Arkansas.
