Vali Ghorbanian, Ph.D., P.Eng., currently serves as Principal Engineer-National Technical Director/Project Manager at Arcadis, where responsibilities include leading the Water/Wastewater/Stormwater section and managing proposals for related engineering services. Prior experience includes tenures at Parsons Corporation, focusing on hydraulic engineering and drainage systems, and CIMA+, demonstrating expertise in river engineering, wastewater systems, and hydraulic modeling. Vali Ghorbanian has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at McMaster University and has a strong research background from the University of Toronto. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Hydraulic Structures from Isfahan University of Technology.
