Shah Rahman, MBA, currently serves as Area Manager at Arcadis since September 2023, and is also a PhD Candidate in Structural Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, Shah Rahman holds positions as an Executive Committee Member for the Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute (UESI) Pipelines Division with the American Society of Civil Engineers and as Chairman of the AWWA Committee on Gasket Materials for Water Works Service with the American Water Works Association. Since January 2020, Shah Rahman has been an Executive Board Member of the Buried Assets Management Institute. Prior experience includes roles as Practice Leader for Water at KCI Technologies, Inc. and Senior Project Manager at BGE, Inc. Educational qualifications include a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and General Management from Southern Methodist University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington.
