I collaborate across functional and organizational boundaries, creating and implementing innovative and compelling initiatives that drive growth of market shares and revenue. 25+ years of experience in engineering design, project management, construction expertise, and technical marketing. I am currently the Area Manager of the Resilience Water team of Arcadis North America in Houston, TX. I am pursuing a PhD in Structural Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). I currently serve as the national Chairman of the AWWA Gasket Materials for Waterworks Service Committee, and am involved in numerous other professional committees.

â–¡ Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRP) for the fully structural rehabilitation of large diameter pressure pipes (PCCP and steel pipe)

â–¡ Trenchless Technology and Pipe-Soil Interaction

â–¡ development of linings and coatings for corrosion protection, and
