Philip Arana is an experienced leader in global shared services with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Global Shared Services Director at Arcadis since July 2018, Philip has previously held key positions including Country Manager at Continental, Manila Global Shared Services Center Director at Willis Towers Watson, Vice President at Deutsche Bank's Office of the COO, and Head of Purchase to Pay Shared Services at Ericsson. Philip's expertise encompasses operational management, strategic initiatives, and process excellence, highlighted by significant contributions to governance, service delivery, and operational efficiencies. Philip holds double degrees in Liberal Arts and BSA in Economics and Accountancy, as well as a Master of Business Administration from De La Salle University.
