Henk Lemans is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various managerial roles within the Arcadis organization. Since July 2018, Henk has served as the Head of HR Global IT and HR Lead Global IT & HR Manager at Arcadis NV, alongside responsibilities as HR Manager at the headquarters and HR Business Partner for Arcadis Europe. Prior to this, Henk held multiple HR managerial positions within Arcadis NL from 2005 to May 2013, focusing on several divisions and regions. Henk also gained valuable experience as a Manager in HR Consulting at Deloitte Nederland from 1998 to 2003 and as an HR Consultant at IMK - Instituut voor het Midden- en Kleinbedrijf from 1994 to 1998. Henk holds a Postdoctoral degree in HR Strategy from AOG School of Management and a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen, along with additional qualifications from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Windesheim.
