Cécile Cluitmans has been with Arcadis since October 2001, holding various roles such as Global Operations Director, Country Director, Business Area Director Places, and Sectorleader Rail & Public Transport. Cécile is passionate about improving the quality of life by creating the best solutions for clients and society. Cécile also has experience as a Board Chair and Consultant in traffic and transportation, with a background in Civil Engineering from the University of Twente.
