Natasha Maruska Navarro has held a variety of roles since 2012. Natasha Maruska began their career as a Part Time Crew at Carlee Anne Food Corporation in 2012 before moving to a Network Support Technician at PLDT in 2013. In 2014, they became a Software Engineer at YES Incorporated and in 2018 they took on roles as a Javascript Developer at Arcadier, a Full Stack Application Developer through Freelance Web Development, and a Software Developer at Iripple, Inc.

Natasha Maruska Navarro's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from STI College between 2010 and 2014. In 2016, they completed a Short Course in Information Technology at the University of the Philippines. Natasha Maruska is currently enrolled in a Software Architecture course at the Free Technology Academy from 2020 to 2021 and has also completed a UX Design course at The Interaction Design Foundation in 2020. In addition, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including SoloLearn, Ground Gurus, Inventive Media - Computer Training Center, WorldTech, Manulife, and the Insurance Commission.
