Kaile Teramoto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and sustainable practices. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Arcadian Capital since November 2020, Kaile also co-founded Westside Compost in January 2020, which aims to enhance accessibility to sustainability resources and practices. Previously, Kaile was the co-founder and Creative Director at Kaemi from May 2015 to May 2020. Kaile holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design & Fashion Merchandising, with a minor in Marketing, from San Francisco State University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
