Barbara Clay serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Arcadia and previously held the position of Acting General Counsel and Board Secretary at Via Renewables. Barbara has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked as Chief Legal Officer, EVP, and General Counsel at Crius Energy, LLC, as well as Vice President for both US Markets Counsel and Strategic Transactions Counsel (M&A) at MasterCard Worldwide. Barbara's legal career began at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP as Counsel. Barbara holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a management education from the MIT Sloan School of Management, completed in 2020.
