Raphael Rand has extensive experience in acquisitions, purchasing, and business development across various roles in the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently, Raphael serves as the Director of Acquisitions and Director of Purchasing at Eden Senior Care, LLC, while also holding the position of Vice President of Business Development at Arcadia Financial & Personnel Services since December 2023. Additionally, Raphael acts as an Operations Advisor at Oasis Therapy and previously worked as the Director of Operations at EMSA Purchasing Group LLC and in roles at Aperion Care, including Assistant Director of Purchasing and Project Manager. Educational background includes studies at Yeshiva Mercaz Hatorah of Belle Harbor and Yeshiva Tiferes Yisrael in Jerusalem.
