Walter Medina is a production supervisor at Arca Continental Lindley since May 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in the food and manufacturing sectors. Prior to this position, Walter held various engineering and supervisory roles at LAIVE S.A. from May 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included plant engineering and supervision. Earlier, Walter contributed to CESEL Ingenieros as an assistant and intern, focusing on documentation, audits, and improvements in safety and environmental practices. Experience also includes a short tenure at GRUPO MIMCO as a production assistant and at Microtel as a commercial intern, where skills in client management and marketing were developed. Walter holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima and an additional specialization in Integrated Management Systems and HSEQ Auditing from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina.
