Rita R. is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and communications. Currently serving as a Course Instructor at The Arc Southern Maryland since July 2023, Rita has successfully contributed to launching the organization's podcast and is engaged in storytelling efforts for clients and staff. As the owner of Rita Rich Media Services and Flatlands Avenue Productions since 2004, Rita specializes in radio program syndication and audio editing, utilizing expertise in Adobe Audition. Previous roles include part-time producer at Westwood One, where Rita facilitated the transition of the Jim Bohannon Show, and news director/anchor at Sajak Broadcasting Corporation. Rita's career also encompasses work as a broadcast engineer, senior account executive, and deputy director of media relations, backed by a BA in Journalism from Buffalo State University.
