Spencer Fenn, PhD, serves as a Scientific Recruiting Advisor at Arc Institute and has extensive experience in the life sciences and biomedical sectors. Previously, Spencer held leadership positions at Proclinical Group as Senior Director of Client Services and at Recruitomics Consulting, where roles included Head of New Business Opportunities & Client Success, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Spencer also contributed to academic career development as Assistant Director at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Additionally, Spencer was an NIH TEACRS IRACDA Postdoctoral Fellow and Postdoctoral Scholar at Tufts University. Spencer earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Biomedical Materials from The University of Manchester.
