Caleb Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caleb currently works as a Program Manager and Project Engineer at ARC Group Worldwide, Inc., starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer at Osypka Medtec Inc. from 2021 to 2022. In 2021, Caleb was an Operations Quality Engineer at Prima-Temp, where they played a key role in creating a device to track ovulation for women trying to conceive. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Product Development Engineer at Nordson MEDICAL. Earlier in their career, Caleb worked as a Contract Engineer at Komatsu America Corp. from 2018 to 2019. Caleb also served as a Resident Assistant at LeTourneau University from 2016 to 2018 and worked as a Renovator at 4 J Homes in 2014. Throughout their work experience, Caleb has demonstrated strong engineering and project management skills.
