Matt Lynn, CPA, has a strong background in finance and accounting with experience in various roles. Matt is currently the Chief Financial Officer at ARC American Inc. since January 2022 and also served as the Treasurer from November 2021 to January 2022. Prior to this, Matt worked at BDO USA, LLP as the Director of Transaction Services from July 2019 to November 2021, and at BDO as the Senior Manager of Transaction Services from April 2018 to July 2019. Matt also gained valuable experience in transaction services at Crowe Horwath LLP from June 2015 to December 2017 and at KPMG Advisory from April 2011 to July 2013. Additionally, Matt worked at Burger King Corporation as the Manager of North America Marketing Funds from October 2009 to February 2011. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Associate at KPMG Audit from 2006 to 2009 and as a Compensation Analyst at AM General from 2004 to 2006.

Matt Lynn, CPA, holds a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the same institution from 2002 to 2006.
