Dennis Hess is an experienced professional with over 30 years in various operational and managerial roles within the banking and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Application Manager at Arbor Realty Trust since April 2014, Dennis oversees all Business Systems functions and is skilled in project management, business analysis, and system administration. Prior to this, Dennis held the position of VP Facilities Management at Five Star Bank from 2000 to January 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing the construction of four new branches and renovations of over 20 locations. Earlier experience at KeyBank as Loan Operations Manager further solidified Dennis's expertise in the industry.
