Richard Martinez is an experienced mortgage professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Arbor Financial Group since March 2010, Richard specializes in loan origination and offers a diverse range of loan programs. Previously, Richard held roles at Countrywide Home Loans (now Bank of America), including Vice President of Mortgage Revenue Bonds and VP Production Manager, where strategic management greatly contributed to company success. Richard began the mortgage banking career in 1991 as a Senior Mortgage Loan Advisor, quickly establishing a reputation as a top performer. Richard holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, earned between 1987 and 1990.
