Erica Benvenuto is an accomplished mortgage professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Currently serving as The Loan Queen at Arbor Financial Group since August 2022, Erica specializes in a wide range of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and JUMBO loans, as well as asset qualifying and commercial loans. Prior to this, Erica held positions at Movement Mortgage and New American Funding as a Mortgage Loan Originator, and at Guaranteed Rate as Vice President of Strategic Recruiting. With a strong background in recruitment at SYNERGY RECRUITING SOLUTIONS, INC. and experience as a Senior Trustee Sale Officer at Beacon Default Management, Erica has developed a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage and financial landscape. Erica's entrepreneurial spirit was exemplified through ownership of Andaway Events, and the foundational career began as an Account Executive at First Franklin Financial Corporation. Education was pursued at Los Angeles Valley College from 2002 to 2004.
