Dereck Bowlen is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Advisor at Arbor Financial Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dereck was a Branch Manager at both Synergy Home Mortgage (January 2018 - June 2023) and New Penn Financial (October 2016 - June 2023). Dereck also held the position of Home Mortgage Consultant at Eagle Home Mortgage from January 2012 to October 2016, and worked as a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from March 2005 to January 2012.
