Char Ruppel is an accomplished professional in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Cole Mortgage since January 2022, where a focus is placed on empowering originators with education and resources. Additionally, Ruppel leads as the Branch Manager and Market Leader at Arbor Financial Group, a progressive Broker/Banker hybrid platform since December 2021, emphasizing innovative solutions for mortgage professionals. Ruppel has also been the Team Leader of The Ruppel Team since May 2017, promoting collaborative efforts in helping homeowners and Realtors. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Paramount Partners Group and a Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo, alongside various leadership and sales positions in other organizations. Ruppel holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA in Management from the University of Phoenix.
