Shyam Gopinath C is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing the employee life cycle and developing HR processes. Currently serving as Human Resource Business Partner in People & Culture at #dltledgers since August 2021, Shyam previously held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at SunTec Business Solutions from May 2016 to August 2021, overseeing the onboarding of over 350 associates, including leadership onboarding. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. HR Officer at Scope International Pvt Ltd, where Shyam managed compensation and benefits for a global leadership team, and HR Generalist positions at ITC Infotech and Future Focus Infotech Private Limited, focusing on secondment processes and post-recruitment activities. Shyam holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Anna University and a B.Sc in Biochemistry from Sri Ram College of Arts and Science.
