Austin Mackrill has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Austin started their career at Alpine Bank in 2001 as an SVP and worked there until 2007. After that, they joined Eyecare Specialties as a COO in 2007 and held that role until 2018. In 2011, they co-founded SHARED VISION INTERNATIONAL and served as the Vice President and Co-Founder. Currently, they are the VP of Arbor Day Foundation, a position they have held since January 2018. Additionally, they also took on the role of VP of Arbor Day Farm in July 2022 at the same organization. Through their various positions, Austin has gained significant experience in the banking, eyecare, and environmental conservation sectors.
Austin Mackrill attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology/Comm. From 2004 to 2006, they participated in the PCBS program at the University of Washington, focusing on Banking, Corporate-Finance, and Leadership. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Scottsbluff High School, although no specific years were provided.
