Julia Farhat has a diverse background in project management, marketing, and operations. Julia is currently a Senior Project Associate at Arbolus Technologies, a knowledge sharing platform which helps freelance consultants to find projects with some of the world's largest organisations. From 2021, they have also been a Marketing Consultant at Syncron, where they revamped the Sales and Marketing intranet pages and managed document and content updates. In 2018, they worked at Babson College as a Media Technician II & Videographer and Mailroom Attendant & Manager. In 2020, they were a Strategy Intern at DB Schenker. In 2019, they were a MCFE Student Consultant at BJ's Wholesale Club, where they developed a Generation Z attraction, retention, and engagement strategy for online customer experience and in-store service options. Julia was also a Summer Operations Intern at BTG Pactual, where they refined and implemented operational processes in PrecatóriosBrasil's business model and increased sales from R$0 to over R$1,000,000. In 2018, they were a Marketing Intern at Linnuz, where they conducted an extended analysis on industry standards and competition and developed a plan for website conversion rate increase. In 2017, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at JetSet Hanger, a student-created business for Foundation Management & Entrepreneurship class at Babson College, where they worked directly with social media page management, developing content and brand image for Instagram and Facebook pages.

Julia Farhat graduated from Graded - The American School of São Paulo in 2017 with a High School Diploma. Julia then went on to attend Babson College, graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General.
