Richard Coyle is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Arbol Re/Insurance UK since January 2025, where responsibilities include building capacity and distribution to support global growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Commercial Director at FloodFlash from October 2021 to January 2025, focusing on US sales strategy and global account opportunities. Richard also established the Alternative Risk unit at Miller Insurance Services LLP as Head of Alternative Risk between September 2016 and October 2021, concentrating on nat cat and climate parametric risks. Previous experience includes roles as Finance Business Partner at XL Catlin, Analyst at RSA, and Financial Services at PKF Littlejohn, where Richard managed a portfolio of insurance clients.
