Marcella Huisman has extensive experience in customer relations and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Relatiebeheerder regio Noord Oost at Arbo Unie since October 2015, Marcella focuses on optimizing performance and productivity within the absence service sector. Previous positions include Klantadviseur at OHRA, where responsibilities encompassed providing information on healthcare policies and training new employees, as well as roles in travel consultancy at Oad Reizen and D-reizen. Additionally, Marcella has experience in event management and hospitality, having worked in catering and event organization while also completing an HBO research project at De Wilgenweard. Marcella holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Leisure Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
