KayLee Roemmich has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. KayLee started their career in 2015 as a Communication Assistant at CaptionCall, where they assisted individuals with hearing impairments in their daily communications. In 2016, they joined ArbiterSports as an Account Representative, handling relationships with State High School Athletic Association accounts and providing training to clients. KayLee later became a Customer Success Team Lead Supervisor, overseeing a team of employees and managing performance. In 2018, KayLee joined the University of Utah Athletics as a Football Learning Specialist, advising and mentoring student-athletes to ensure academic success. KayLee also held roles such as Academic Advisor and Learning Specialist Intern. In 2021, they joined ArbiterSports again as an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, then became an Enterprise Supervisor before being appointed as the Director of Customer Experience in 2024. Additionally, they worked at the University of Utah Health as a Value Analysis Project Lead in 2021. Overall, KayLee has a strong background in customer service, leadership, and education.

KayLee Roemmich has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University, which was obtained from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from the University of Utah from 2016 to 2018. KayLee also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Dixie State University, where they obtained certifications in Phlebotomy in 2015 and as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2013.
