Jonathan Hirsch currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Paradigm, where the focus is on improving equitable access to clinical trials by alleviating physician burdens and accelerating trial processes. As a co-founder, investor, and chair of the advisory board at Synapticure Inc. and an investor in multiple healthcare startups including Arbital Health, Frame, Thyme Care, Forta, and others, Jonathan is heavily involved in fostering innovation in the healthcare sector. Additionally, Jonathan holds advisory roles at Viz.ai, Osmind, and Freenome, and serves as a senior advisor at Rubicon Founders, contributing to the establishment of new companies. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Political Science from the University of Chicago.
