Syed Irfan Bukhari is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in oncology and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at ARase Therapeutics since June 2022, Syed has conducted key experiments to identify disease functions and relevant biomarkers, managed CRO relationships, and contributed to the optimization of laboratory assays. Prior to this role, Syed spent a decade at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, initially as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and later as an Instructor in Medicine, leading research on integrated stress signaling in chemo-resistant cancers and contributing to various collaborative projects. Syed's earlier experiences include research assistant roles at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the National Centre Of Applied Human Genetics. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Université Laval and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Kashmir.
