Karishma Karamchandani has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various sectors, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Aranca since October 2018. In this role, Karishma leads recruitment, induction, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives for the Investment Research and Business Valuation and Advisory verticals. Prior to this, Karishma worked at CRISIL Limited managing bulk and mid-level hiring, and held senior HR executive positions at Genetic Callnet focusing on mid to senior level hiring for multiple sectors. Earlier experience includes working in HR shared services at Capgemini and handling junior level hiring at Genetic Callnet. Karishma holds an M.Com in Management and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
