Ben Ruth is a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience spanning several roles in the HR sector. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Aramsco since July 2024, Ben previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Wesley Enhanced Living, where responsibilities included implementing recruitment strategies, managing the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and conducting workplace investigations. Previous internships at TRC Companies, Inperium, and LANCASTER CANCER CENTER provided valuable exposure to employee relations, onboarding, and the development of HR manuals. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and has also gained retail experience at Boscov's Department Store and Target.
