Yazeed Al-Owaid is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience at Aramco, currently serving as Head of Employee Experience, where efforts have led to enhanced employee engagement and retention. Previous roles include Programs Director, overseeing strategic alignment and value creation exceeding $50 million, and Innovation and Technology Deployment Officer, where the deployment of over 30 technologies advanced sustainability and operational efficiency. Yazeed has also demonstrated expertise as Operational Excellence Lead Assessor and Head of Project Execution, managing high-value projects and improving asset reliability. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Monitor at Schneider Electric. Yazeed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University and is pursuing further education in Business Administration at INSEAD.
