Andy Fairfield has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Maintenance Unit Head at Saudi Aramco since December 2017, where responsibilities include supervising field maintenance activities at a high-pressure sour gas field and managing a team of over 40 personnel to achieve departmental KPIs and safety goals. Prior to this role, Andy served as Offshore Installation Manager at ConocoPhillips from September 2011 to November 2017, overseeing operations and maintenance for a network of satellite platforms. Earlier career experience includes a Mechanical Department role at Noble Drilling and service as a Marine Engineering Mechanic in the Royal Navy's Submarine Service. Andy holds multiple qualifications in offshore safety and emergency management, enhancing expertise in managing complex operations. Education was completed at Beverley Grammar School.
