Vicci Turner is the owner of Aramco ExPats, an online community established in January 2002 that serves individuals associated with Saudi Aramco and the Middle East. Prior to this venture, Vicci gained experience as a Planning & Programs Analyst at Vela International from 1992 to 2000 and worked in the same capacity at Saudi Aramco from 1977 to 1992. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma, a BS in Business Education from the University of Idaho, and certificates in genealogical studies from Boston University and the ProGen Study Program.
