Kevin Collins is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and food service. Currently serving as Chef Manager at Aramark since April 2024, Kevin oversees operations in a northeast hospital setting. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Cura Hospitality, managing a large industrial kitchen for a three-tier facility, and Executive Chef/Production Manager at Inglis, where responsibilities included kitchen operations and food safety. Kevin also has extensive experience as a Banquet Chef with Barklay Caterers and held various chef positions with Morrison and Temple University Hospital, focusing on specialized meal planning for heart transplant patients. Kevin's education includes a certification as a Food Service Specialist from the US Army Quartermaster School.
